By accepting a quotation, paying a deposit, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Quotations
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

While we are happy to recommend trusted trades where requested, these contractors operate independently of Haven Tiling & Stone and we accept no responsibility for their workmanship, scheduling or services.
9. Variations
Any changes requested after acceptance of the quotation must be approved before additional work proceeds.

Examples include, but are not limited to:

Uneven floors or walls
Structural movement
Previous poor workmanship
Non-compliant building work
Any additional rectification work required will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

Natural stone is a product of nature and may contain variation in colour, veining, texture, fossils and surface characteristics. These characteristics are a natural feature of the material and do not constitute defects. Each installation is unique.
13. Expansion Joints
Expansion joints are installed where required in accordance with the relevant Queensland Tile Standards & Tolerances, and project specifications.
Expansion joints are an essential component of a tiled installation and assist in accommodating normal building/ground movement.
